High Hopes Santa

Hi Everyone!! I can't believe May was my last post. Shame on me!! I have done lots of colouring with my Copic markers but it seems my wife and the girls at the store don't have time to make them into cards - shame on them!
Anyway here is one that got done and I think I am going to try my hand at putting my own cards together next. This should be quite a laugh for everyone - including me! Be gentle with me though when I give it a try.

High Hopes Challenge #30

When I heard that the High Hopes Challenge #30 was "one of the boys" - I just had to join in the fun. I had a great time doing this great 'jolly roger' pirate ship from High Hopes Rubber Stamps. Thanks to Karen who layered it up for me.

I stamped the image with Memento black ink on Prism smooth white cardstock and used my Copic markers to colour the image.

Yo Ho Ho and a bottle of rum!!! Have a great day everyone.

Flowers - again

Okay, again with the flowers. I hope my DW makes a card out of something I coloured other than flowers! I guess it is spring so.... Anyway hope you like it and my DW says she is going to teach me to layer up my own card!!! Have a great day to all!!!

Pink Elephant

Here is a pink elephant. I really wanted a grey elephant but all the Copics I had at the time were one pink and a couple reds and a few other colours and NO GREY!! So pink it was!

I can't remember which ones because I did this a while ago. I have figured out now that my wife and the ladies in the class or at the store want to know which colours I used. So now I will really try to write down which colours I have used. Sometimes, though I just grab colours that I think will look good together or try to make what I have work. But alas when I'm done - I have forgotten which ones I used.

Back on your feet - High Hopes

Hi Everyone!

Here is my first pic for my new blog. I coloured the image with Copic markers and my wife and her friend layered up the card. Just got started with the Copics and love to colour with them. I really wish I could layer up the cards like everyone else, but so far I haven't quite mastered that yet. I'm working on it though. Hope you like the card.
